​We were honoured to lead the sensitive refurbishment of a private equity office within a RIBA award-winning building by Amin Taha. Acting as client-side Project Manager and Cost Consultant, we led the test fits, cost planning and delivery of the office space. The objective was to upgrade the workplace to meet contemporary requirements while respecting the building’s distinctive stone and steel architecture.

Five new meeting spaces and call booths were introduced, alongside upgraded services, kitchens, bathrooms, furnishings and integrated planting. All aspects were designed to sit in harmony within the space, keeping new elements off exposed concrete and utilising materials aligned with the original design intent. The result is a highly functional workplace that preserves the integrity and character of the building.
