O​ur multi-site project with Skanska invloved the relocations of their London office to Moorgate and their UK headquarters to Leavesden, delivered with a strong focus on sustainability and wellbeing. Acting as Workplace Consultant, in conjunction with JRA Architects, we led the furniture strategy across both locations, supporting the achievement of WELL Platinum certification at Moorgate and Fitwel certification at Leavesden. The brief centred on modernising the workplaces while maximising reuse of existing furniture and minimising environmental impact.​

Through a series of stakeholder workshops, “home zones” and departmental neighbourhoods were developed to support different teams and ways of working. The completed workplaces were well received and strongly aligned with Skanska’s values, demonstrating how reuse-led strategies can deliver high-quality outcomes at scale.
